4th General Assembly Actuaires du Monde - 31 May 2024

Dear Member,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the second General Assembly (GA) of our association. It will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, both in person and remotely.

We would like to remind you that the GA is open to all full and associate members in good standing, provided they are up to date with their dues for 2024 no later than 30 days before the assembly. Student and honorary members are also welcome. Beyond this deadline, no other individuals may be added to the membership list or participate in voting (article 2.1 of the internal regulations).

The agenda for the General Assembly will be available no later than April 30, 2024. Financial statements as of December 31, 2023, will be made available to members at latest one week before the GA meeting.

Registration is now open. We kindly ask you to register no later than May 30, 2024. Registrations will close on May 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM (Paris time). Each registered member will receive an invitation for electronic voting, as well for the remote participation in the 4th Ordinary General Assembly. The election of board members will take place in your member area under the "Election of Board Members 2024".
