Dear member,
We kindly invite you to participate to the second General Assembly (GA)of our association. The assembly will take place on Friday April 1, 2022 from 5 PM til 6 PM CET in hotel Marriott - Skopje (North Macedonia). The event will be hybrid.
We recall that the General Assembly includes all full and associate members of the association, approved and up to date with their membership fees no later than 30 calendar days before the General Assembly. Student and honorary members may attend. No other person is allowed to be added to the attendees list or participate in the votes beyond this deadline.
The agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly is available. The financial statements on 31 December 2021 will be made available to the members at least one week before the meeting of the ordinary general assembly. Members who cannot participate in-person will be able to vote electronically.
Please enroll for the General Assembly at latest on 29 March 2022. The enrollment is closed on 29 March 2022 at 6 PM CET. Every enrolled member will get the details for the electronic voting and the zoom meeting on Wednesday 30 March 2022.
