5th General Assembly - 3 September 2025

Dear Member,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the fifth General Assembly (GA) of our association. It will take place on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM remotely.

We would like to remind you that the GA is open to all full and associate members in good standing, provided they are up to date with their dues for 2025 no later than 30 days before the assembly. Student and honorary members are also welcome. Beyond this deadline, no other individuals may be added to the membership list or participate in voting (article 2.1 of the internal regulations).

The agenda for the General Assembly will be available no later than 30 days before the assembly. Financial statements as of December 31, 2024, will be made available to members at latest one week before the GA meeting.

Registration is now open. We kindly ask you to register no later than September 2, 2025. Registrations will close on September 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM (Paris time). Each registered member will receive an invitation for electronic voting, as well for the remote participation in the 5th Ordinary General Assembly.
